Based in the U.S.A, Frank Medrano is a popular calisthenics expert, trainer, athlete, vegan and endless source of motivation. He’s been doing body-weight calisthenics training since 2010 after switching from a four year weight lifting regime. About a year and a half into his calisthenics training, Frank was influenced by his two good friends – Dan Attanasio and Noel Polanco – to go vegan. He has been meat-free ever since, relying on a plant-based diet and some supplements to fuel his explosive workouts.

Stay humble, be positive, support anyone who decides to put in their effort to better themselves. We ALL started at the bottom and inspire to better ourselves. I’m IMPRESSED with ANYONE who decides to challenge themselves to be a better person at ANY level.

Standing at ‘5’9″ – 175 cm and weighing in at about 160 lbs – 73 kg’ (NattyOrNot, 2015), Frank Medrano maintains his solid, fat-free (4% – 6%) frame by eating right, getting proper rest and calisthenics training almost every day. As for the changes from switching to a vegan diet, Frank says ‘the most notable were the increase in energy – “real high energy” – and quicker recovery times’ (ForksOverKnives, 2015). Read more about his transition to vegan here.

Frank Medrano continues to motivate and inspire millions of people worldwide with his calisthenics prowess, undying passion and chiselled physique. He currently runs a popular calisthenics website TheFrankMedrano.com where he provides beginner, intermediate and advanced calisthenics workout plans as well as motivation, nutrition advice and calisthenics equipment supplies.

My Biggest accomplishment has been motivating and inspiring millions of people onto fitness and helping them making healthy changes onto their lifestyle.
