Stay full for longer with Organic Peanut Butter

Organic peanut butter is the perfect ingredient to have in your pantry. The majority of the fat in this butter is monounsaturated fat. It has magnesium, vitamin E and it’s low in carbs.

Because it’s high in protein just a little bit of this butter will fill you up and also help you stay full for longer.

However, when it comes to nutrition it can often be a big mission to find the clean, good products that havn’t been contaminated with additives, salt, sugar or similar.

When I arrived in the UK a few months ago every peanut butter I found came with palm oil and extra salt. I was even told that finding butter without these added ingredients would be really hard.

So I was very pleased last week when I finally found Meridian crunchy peanut butter at Whole Foods Market.

  • And as a big juicy cherry on the top, it tastes delicious.

When to snack?

I love to eat organic peanut butter as a snack in between meals or a couple of hours before I go work out.  Of course, it’s quite rich in calories, so if you are looking to lose or maintain your weight, don’t go overboard.

But do yourself a favor. Make a trip to the Whole Food supermarket and get the “no added crap”- kind.
